I recently saw a similar quote from a dog groomer & the same applies for my clients horses When I work with their horses, it’s not just from the moment I arrive on their yard and get out of my car, it’s from the moment they book in with me & in between clips. The horses I work with are all unique individuals and often I will be thinking about them out of hours.. this is because I am SUPER passionate about my work & I treat each horse as the individual that they are. To be successful at clipping horses, you have to put the needs of the horse first, you are here to serve the purpose of the horse & everything else follows on from that.

When clients return, I am able to form a bond with their horse and if I feel there is a problem to be solved I will adapt my service to ensure the comfort and well being of the horse is at the absolute maximum that I can provide. This makes for a pleasurable clipping experience each & every time.
